The Heroes with Heart dinner allows TIP the opportunity to thank not only the many emergency responders who assist citizens but also the dedicated TIP volunteers who volunteer their time to help those experiencing the worst time of their lives.

The Heroes with Heart dinner is also TIP’s annual fundraiser.

Funds were raised thru a live and silent auction.

Gets Made Over

Beginning in June the TIP Resource Guide will have a new look. Though still be red in color the new Resource Guide will include updated resource information, telephone numbers and web sites. The Guide was made possible because of a generous donation from Palm Mortuary and the hard work of TIP volunteer Judy Anderson. The Guide is an invaluable tool for TIP volunteers who use it to refer clients to community resources who can help after TIP’s initial intervention.

TIP Volunteers!

38 new volunteers have joined the Chapter after completing the February and April Training academies. These new volunteers completed our intense 50 hour training academy to prepare them to do the important work TIP does. The next training academy will be held in September.
