About E-TIP
This refresher is designed for individuals who have already completed Emotional First Aid for Emergency Services (E-TIP).
The session will revisit the core concepts and skills from the full course, with a focus on practical application, peer support, on-scene communication, and responder well-being.
Participants will review how stress and trauma can affect behavior in the first minutes after a critical incident, how to provide calm and practical emotional support, and how to recognize when additional support may be needed.
Please note: This is a refresher course only. You must have already completed the full E-TIP course before registering for this session.
