Emotional First Aid for Emergency Services (E-TIP)

This E-TIP session is designed for those working in emergency services. The class provides straightforward, practical skills to support individuals and families during high-stress and traumatic incidents. Participants learn how critical stress impacts behavior, how to reduce emotional overload on scene, and how to maintain steady, effective communication under pressure.

The course is intended only for active first responders or emergency services personnel. It is not a volunteer information session. This is a 6-hour training. All participants receive a certificate of completion.
